Because our designs are totally handmade, it requires 7- 8 weeks for us to prepare your order. After that, every design will be shipped from our Atelier (in Vietnam) so it might take up to 4 weeks. Thanks for your patience. We ensure you the most comfortable and worth-it design.

* Returns and Exchange

We sincerely appreciate your support of XALAN14 and are committed to providing you with the best quality designs. We would like to inform you that we accept returned and exchanged items for fixing only as all of our designs are made-to-measure, so they cannot be more fittable to anyone else.

Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges (only for fixing the designs)
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original labels attached.
- Please contact us and send the items within 14 days from the date of your receipt.
- Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- The buyer is responsible for any charges incurred for the return.
