PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY BEFORE THE HANDOVER DATE
After being completed by XALAN14 Atelier, the design will go through a strict quality censorship process. Once approved, the product is professionally laundry processed and perfumed to ensure the collector's emotional experience of the Handover Date.
PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY AFTER THE HANDOVER DATE
On Handover Date, Customer will experience the design for the first time. To ensure the product is immaculate and perfect for the important event, we will professionally laundry for the second time and perfume the product after the date of handover.
PROFESSIONAL ATTIREMENT IN THE FIRST EVENT
At the collector's important event, XALAN14 people will transport the design to the location and support the collector to attire the product follow to the rule of each design. During the entire event, XALAN14 people will assist the collector to ensure the dress is perfectly displayed in front of the crowd and photographer frames. They will always be ready to handle any unintentional accident immediately.
PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY AFTER THE FIRST EVENT
To ensure design integrity, XALAN14 people will perform professional cleaning and laundry immediately after the collector’s first event.
REPAIRMENT IN DETAIL
After professional laundry has been performed, XALAN14 Risk Manager will inspect the entire product and assess its integrity. If there is any problem with the product, we will send the design back to the XALAN14 Atelier to replace the parts immediately.
MODIFY THE DESIGN
During the lifetime of the design, the collector will have the privilege to modify the design once as the collector wish. This design modified detail was made by the XALAN14 Atelier to ensure the integrity of the XALAN Spirit.
DESIGN CONSERVATION
For each design, we will vacuum wrap with anti-mold methods once to ensure the integrity of the product for a long time.
DECADE DESIGN RESTORATION
Every decade, XALAN14 team will directly contact collectors to check the integrity of the design. From there, an assessment and procedure will be proposed to collector to preserve and restore the design at the XALAN14 Atelier.
